About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests looking to book rooms at our hotel. You will deliver exceptional customer service, guide guests through the booking process, and ensure reservations are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in making room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide information on room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Process guest reservations accurately and promptly.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns related to bookings.
• Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations.
• Recommend rooms and services based on guest preferences.
• Promote special offers, packages, and discounts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to manage room inventory.
• Support group reservations and bookings as needed.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.
