About the role

The Reservations Agent (Part‑Time) will join the front‑office team at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl. Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is a luxury hotel that delivers exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences for its guests. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book rooms, ensuring a smooth and accurate reservation process while upholding the hotel’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest reservations accurately using the hotel’s booking system.
• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email or in‑person.
• Support seamless booking operations by coordinating with other departments.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the reservation journey.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information as needed.
• Process reservation changes and cancellations efficiently.
