Reservations Agent – Travel Division

About the role

Luxury Facilities is seeking a Reservations Agent for its Travel Division in Abu Dhabi. The role will manage the end‑to‑end booking journey for a premium membership base, ensuring every hotel, package or itinerary is booked accurately and delivered flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation requests for hotels, travel packages and custom itineraries.
• Check availability with hotel partners, DMCs and suppliers across the UAE, GCC and international destinations.
• Prepare accurate quotations, present options that match member preferences and budgets, and issue vouchers.
• Confirm bookings, process amendments or cancellations, and follow up on pending inquiries until they are closed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues, secure upgrades and protect the member experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date booking records and log every interaction in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, hotel reservations or DMC environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional phone and email communication.
• Bilingual Arabic and English preferred; GCC market experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple bookings simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of hotel booking platforms and GDS systems.
• Familiarity with B2B travel portals such as Travco, WebBeds, Hotelbeds and Booking.com.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM software for tracking reservations.
