About the role
Join Premier Inn’s growing team in Dubai as a Reservations Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for wholesale, airline and group bookings, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless reservation experience that reflects the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with brand standards.
- Manage end‑to‑end reservations for wholesale, airline and group segments.
- Support the contact centre by handling corporate bookings during off‑hours.
- Generate sales leads and keep booking documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Configure rates in the Opera PMS system according to signed contracts.
Required profile
- Minimum one year experience in hotel reservations for a branded property.
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Advanced English; additional language is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience with central reservation systems (CRS).
- Familiarity with Opera PMS.
