Residence Associate (UAE National)

About the role

As a Residence Associate you will be the primary point of contact for residents at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, delivering personalized service and ensuring a seamless residential experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests, managing check‑in and check‑out processes with warmth and professionalism.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships by anticipating needs, resolving concerns and providing tailored service.
• Coordinate resident requests, special arrangements and additional services, ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare and manage residential agreements, lease renewals, payment follow‑ups and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date resident profiles, apartment allocations, preferences and account records.
• Conduct departure walk‑throughs and apartment inspections, addressing any follow‑up actions promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering exceptional service in luxury hospitality, branded residences or high‑end residential environments.
• UAE national status (as indicated in the job title).
