About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role you will ensure residents and guests enjoy an exceptional experience in our exclusive lounge area, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, meeting high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as required.
• Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in organizing and setting up special events or gatherings in the lounge.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Effective time management and multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
