Resort Host Supervisor

About the role

The Resort Host Supervisor leads the front office team at Banyan Tree Dubai, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, luxurious and personalized. You will act as the operational anchor on shift, overseeing arrivals, departures and in‑stay services while maintaining the brand’s high standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and guest services.
• Coordinate room allocations with Housekeeping and Reservations to ensure optimal occupancy.
• Manage billing accuracy, cash handling and system updates.
• Conduct shift handovers and briefings, communicating priorities clearly to the team.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, feedback and support to Resort Hosts.
• Assist with training, onboarding and development of new team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front office or guest services within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling cash and billing processes accurately.
