Resource Specialist

About the role

Libera Recruitment & Consultancy is seeking an experienced Resource Specialist to strengthen its talent acquisition team in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across a range of energy‑related disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract high‑quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and talent pipelines.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the energy sector.
• Experience recruiting for drilling, oilfield services, EPC, maritime, engineering, or related industries.
• Middle East recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
