Response Center Operator Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Response Center Operator to monitor the operational status of autonomous vehicles and coordinate rapid responses to incidents, accidents, and emergencies. The role demands strong situational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to act quickly and accurately under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time status of autonomous vehicle fleet.
• Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies, and operational incidents.
• Dispatch emergency work orders to ground support teams promptly.
• Coordinate on‑site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground teams throughout incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes following operational guidelines.
• Track incident progress to resolution or further escalation.
• Record accurate details of incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Adhere to emergency response and operational procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre, fleet monitoring environment, or similar operation.
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making ability.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with monitoring systems.
• Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
