About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a proactive Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join a prestigious dining venue in Dubai. You will oversee floor operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and act as the bridge between front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor activities to guarantee smooth and flawless service.
• Lead, motivate and train floor staff to uphold high service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar personnel to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Address guest complaints and feedback professionally, following up to secure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in line with company standards.
• Assist management with inventory control and stock management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems quickly.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant management software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
