Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

The Restaurant Manager – Bilingual will lead daily operations at ATHAR by the Qlab, located in Mirdiff City Center, Dubai. Reporting to senior management, the manager ensures a seamless guest experience through effective staff leadership, quality control, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, including service standards, food and beverage quality, and cleanliness.
• Schedule, coach, and evaluate staff, handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and control cash handling and basic financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and food‑handling regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with budgeting and cost‑control responsibilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle guest feedback.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Food & beverage knowledge, including menu understanding and quality control.
• Familiarity with local health, safety and food handling regulations.
• Team leadership, scheduling and performance coaching.
