Restaurant Manager – Flagship Outlet

About the role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of The Dose Kitchen’s flagship outlet at SEVEN Wellness Club. The role ensures high service quality, guest satisfaction, hygiene standards, and commercial performance while maintaining brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the front‑of‑house team and manage all guest‑facing activities from opening to close.
• Maintain consistent service, presentation, packaging and hygiene in line with brand philosophy.
• Enforce SOPs for service, hygiene, food safety and presentation; report gaps to Head of Operations.
• Oversee opening/closing checklists, par levels, stock counts and keep the outlet audit‑ready.
• Manage the Foodics POS system – floor setup, menu accuracy, voids, discounts and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to protect speed, quality and consistency during peak periods.
• Schedule, train and develop front‑of‑house staff; run pre‑shift briefings and set daily targets.
• Own guest satisfaction, handle escalations and turn feedback into operational improvements.
• Take ownership of outlet P&L, monitor sales, margins, food & beverage cost and labour expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality, HACCP and health‑safety licensing requirements.
