Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the full operational management of a locally owned premium bakery‑café in Dubai Design District. The role involves hands‑on leadership of both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions while maintaining high standards of service, product quality and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House and Back of House operations across current and upcoming outlets.
• Lead, train and develop the café team to achieve high performance standards.
• Ensure consistent guest experience and strong customer service.
• Manage operational budgets, cost control and overall financial performance.
• Support marketing initiatives and in‑store brand execution.
• Implement standard operating procedures and maintain operational efficiency.
• Drive consistency, quality and service standards across locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in café, bakery or premium casual‑dining operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial and operational controls.
• Experience managing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions.
• Hands‑on, structured and detail‑oriented approach.
• Customer‑service mindset with brand awareness.
