Restaurant Manager – Nomadia

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the operations of the Nomadia restaurant and associated bars and room service at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. Reporting to senior F&B leadership, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service operations, ensuring service standards are met.
• Manage and coach a team of front‑of‑house staff, scheduling shifts and monitoring performance.
• Control inventory, ordering, and cost‑control measures to meet budget targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to maintain seamless service flow.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or food‑and‑beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
