Restaurant Reservations Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join One&Only One Za'abeel, a new urban oasis in Dubai, as a Restaurant Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking dining experiences, ensuring every reservation is handled with precision, warmth, and the brand’s signature hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage all restaurant reservations using Sevenrooms, Opera, and the Payment Online System.
• Confirm bookings, follow‑up with guests, and guarantee reservation accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing courteous and efficient service.
• Process exclusive and non‑exclusive group reservations, from inquiry to proposal, agreement, and contract.
• Generate daily administrative reports such as Arrival Updates, Group Function Sheets, and Performance Updates.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑service environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple reservation channels simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sevenrooms reservation software.
• Experience using Opera property management system.
• Familiarity with online payment processing systems.
