Restaurant Reservations Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Reservations Coordinator to support its Food & Beverage operations. This full‑time position is open to UAE nationals and offers the chance to work in a world‑class luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist multiple departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, following clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Read and verify information from various formats, including small print.
• Enter and retrieve data using computers and point‑of‑sale (POS) reservation systems.
• Communicate with team members via pagers, two‑way radios, and email.
• Engage guests in conversation about their stay, hotel services, and local attractions.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting any incidents promptly.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette.
• Lift, move, and place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in hospitality or customer‑facing roles.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and point‑of‑sale/reservation systems.
• Ability to use electronic communication devices (pagers, two‑way radios, email).
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
