About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Service Staff to join our front‑of‑house team in Dubai. In this multitasking position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout the dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Operate the POS system, process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and deliver items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all front‑of‑house areas.
- Support colleagues on various service tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
- Team player who can adapt to shifting priorities.
