Retail Design Specialist

About the role

The Retail Design Specialist (Travel Retail Architect Specialist) will support the development and delivery of Dior Parfums travel‑retail projects across a variety of store formats. You will translate brand concepts into construction‑ready packages, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure each space reflects the Maison’s luxury identity while meeting local regulations and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead flagship projects end‑to‑end as Project Manager, from scope definition through execution, handover and post‑opening review.
• Manage B and C‑type projects as Design Specialist, producing and adapting technical design packages for implementation.
• Translate design concepts into architectural plans, layouts and technical documentation that align with creative briefs and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with HQ architecture, visual merchandising, construction teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support tendering, procurement, site follow‑up and implementation activities across all project types.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail architecture or interior design, preferably within luxury or beauty sectors.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, including budget and timeline control.
• Ability to adapt brand concepts to local market requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
