About the role
PD Design & Retail Consultancy is expanding its Retail Design & Delivery (RDD) team to support prestigious shopping‑mall projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is based in Dubai and offers opportunities at several seniority levels, from Design Executive to Retail Design Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Lead retail design and delivery (RDD) activities from concept through detailed design.
- Conduct tenant design review and coordination, ensuring compliance with landlord design criteria.
- Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, material and finishes documentation.
- Prepare fit‑out drawings, manage design submissions, approvals and site inspections.
Required profile
- Experience in shopping‑mall and major retail developments.
- Background in retail and F&B store design, luxury or premium retail.
- Familiarity with mixed‑use, commercial, hospitality, entertainment or airport retail projects.
Required skills
- Architectural drawing and technical documentation review.
- MEP design coordination.
- Material and finishes review.
- Fit‑out drawing review and coordination.
