About the role
The Retail Sales Representative will deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales at Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery in Dubai Mall. You will balance store operations with high‑quality service, ensuring the store meets its weekly sales targets and maintains a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, provide product information and assist in fitting rooms.
- Achieve weekly sales goals and uphold store standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Support the Store Manager with opening, closing and day‑to‑day operations.
- Run the store in the manager’s absence and train new staff on POS procedures.
- Ensure accurate pricing, ticketing and cash‑wrap handling to prevent loss.
- Participate in store meetings and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in watches or jewellery.
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to stand for at least 8 hours.
- Reliability, punctuality and adherence to company policies.
Required skills
- POS operation.
