Retail Sales Representative

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience at Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery in Mall of the Emirates. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure compliance with pricing and POS procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and guide them through the fitting room experience.
• Operate the Point of Sale system, handle cash transactions, issue gift cards, and keep the cash wrap tidy.
• Assist the Store Manager with opening, closing, and overall store management; act as store lead when required.
• Train new staff on POS usage and enforce corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including housekeeping duties.
• Achieve or exceed weekly sales targets and capture customer data for follow‑up.
• Participate in store meetings, inventories, and other assigned duties.
