Retail Sales Representative – Watches & Jewellery

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will represent Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery at the Deira City Center store, driving sales and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience. You will combine active selling with day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring the boutique remains inviting, well‑maintained and fully stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a sparkling clean and organized sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude and provide accurate product information on watches and jewellery.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up promptly, and seek opportunities to add‑on or upsell.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks, including inventory checks and cash handling.
• Operate the Point‑of‑Sale system efficiently and assist in training new staff on POS procedures.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, dress code and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site in Dubai.
• Professional appearance, energetic attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with the store team.

Required skills

• Point of Sale (POS) operation.
