Retail Sales Representative – Watches & Jewellery

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales for Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery at Burjuman. The role supports daily store operations, maintains visual standards, and steps in for the Store Manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service, greet and assist shoppers, and capture their information for future engagement.
• Support store operations by assisting the Store Manager with opening/closing duties and running the store in their absence.
• Drive sales by presenting product information, meeting weekly sales targets, promoting gift cards, and adding on items during transactions.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, ticketing, and inventory procedures while maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Train new staff on POS operations and manage corrective actions as required.

Required profile

• High School diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to stand for at least 8 hours.
• Interest in fashion trends and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Capability to perform some heavy lifting.
