About the role

The Retail Staff member will represent the KOTON brand in a Dubai store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The role combines direct sales, product knowledge, and operational duties to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Assist entry‑level associates through mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and proper stock presentation.
• Handle POS transactions, cash till reconciliation, and petty cash management.
• Record inventory movements and support periodic stock counts.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and able to work extended hours during sales periods.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive sales mindset.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory handling.
