Retail Store Manager

About the role

The Retail Store Manager leads the daily operations of the iSTYLE UAE store in Dubai, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability. You will oversee a team, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store operational plan to exceed sales targets.
• Set, communicate and monitor individual and store sales budgets.
• Implement Apple planograms and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory storage, tracking, replenishment and resolve related issues.
• Schedule staff, optimise floor coverage and handle vacation planning.
• Ensure cash management policies are followed and registers are reconciled.
• Address customer complaints in coordination with back‑office teams.
• Conduct market studies, audit reports and share best practices with peers.
• Prepare regular performance reports for operational decisions.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, training and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales and manage inventory.
• Strong understanding of store operations, cash handling and customer service.
