Revenue Management Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant urban hotel in Dubai, as a Revenue Management Manager. You will lead pricing strategy and inventory optimisation to maximise revenue across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage room pricing approvals, discounts, upgrades and restrictions.
• Monitor market demand, pace and competitor pricing to recommend adjustments.
• Develop and adjust sales and pricing strategies across all platforms.
• Maintain and update the Wholesale Pricing Tool for static and dynamic pricing gaps.
• Review and approve external pricing communications for compliance.
• Optimise transient room inventory using IDeaS, Opera, SynXis and wholesale free‑sale charts.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of revenue management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven leadership in a revenue management or similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IDeaS revenue management system.
• Experience using Opera property management system.
• Familiarity with SynXis distribution platform.
