Revenue Management Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Revenue Management Specialist will support the collection, analysis and optimisation of revenue streams for Abu Dhabi museums. This entry‑level position works closely with museum asset custodians and finance teams to ensure revenue is captured efficiently and in line with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and deploying systems to manage and analyse financial data.
• Support prompt collection of revenue and taxes, ensuring maximum collection potential.
• Collaborate with museum custodians to implement controls, contractual terms and processes that enhance revenue generation.
• Participate in impact studies and scenario analysis for revenue initiatives.
• Prepare submissions to regulatory bodies and stakeholders regarding revenue activities.
• Record museum revenue in accordance with IPSAS and Abu Dhabi Government guidelines.
• Help prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets and earnings forecasts.
• Contribute to budgeting, financial planning and monitoring of performance versus budget.
• Ensure implementation of policies, procedures and controls across the assigned section.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with at least one month of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders.
