Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

The Revenue Operations Manager will own Khazna's CRM and commercial systems, ensuring they enable efficient business processes and accurate commercial reporting. This role drives pipeline governance, data quality, and cross‑functional adoption of the CRM platform across sales, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CRM structures, including opportunity stages, deal types, pricing fields, workflows and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy and stage‑gate compliance, and lead regular review meetings with Sales and Commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPI and executive reporting packs.
• Establish data‑governance standards, track compliance, and ensure audit‑ready data quality.
• Support integration of the CRM with Finance, ERP, contract management and business intelligence systems.
• Drive process standardisation, workflow automation and user training to improve adoption and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, CRM administration or commercial operations.
• Experience in data‑center, telecommunications or technology‑related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
