Room Attendant – Dubai Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at voco Dubai, an upscale hotel within the IHG portfolio. The role focuses on delivering impeccable cleanliness and guest service to ensure a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as providing missing items or directions.
• Report any maintenance issues, lost items, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Monitor and control housekeeping supplies to minimise waste.
• Assist with deep‑clean projects and periodic room inspections.

Required profile

• Physically fit, able to stand, walk, bend and kneel for most of the shift.
• Capable of lifting items up to 50 lb (23 kg) and handling heavy objects.
• Flexible attitude towards night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Basic literacy – reading, writing and simple maths.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
