About the role
Our Guest Environment Experts create memorable experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless and ready for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock cleaning carts and supplies as needed.
- Clean guest rooms, beds, and public spaces to high quality standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb unassisted.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and confidentiality.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
