About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Room Service Operator to join our Food & Beverage team at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan. You will coordinate all room‑service requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service that maximises guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Take and place guest orders accurately and efficiently, following supervisor instructions and duty schedules.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and provide recommendations when asked.
- Answer room‑service telephone calls as required and report any cleanliness or maintenance issues.
- Adhere to grooming standards and company policies while on duty.
- Participate in regular training sessions covering SOPs, product knowledge, and telephone etiquette.
- Assist in other areas when directed by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in hospitality (preferred).
- Good English communication skills.
- Computer literacy and any additional language skills are an advantage.
- Customer‑focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
