About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, delivering food and beverage service in the rooms while ensuring high standards of hospitality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and arrange dining settings for room service guests.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
- Interact with guests, serve meals, and respond to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, and handle menu verification.
- Move, lift, and carry trays and supplies up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
- Follow uniform, appearance, and professional communication standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to maintain professional uniform and personal appearance.
