About the role
The Rooms Controller at Sheraton Dubai ensures guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay by handling operational tasks, guest requests, and local area information throughout their visit. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, making each interaction feel part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and provide local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking as required.
- Maintain uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.
- Uphold quality standards and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
