Safari Driver

About the role

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a professional Safari Driver to lead desert tour safaris for guests using a specialised 4x4 vehicle. You will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety, delivering an unforgettable desert experience, and upholding the resort’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a multi‑passenger 4x4 off‑road vehicle safely, following all traffic and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre‑tour checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues.
• Assess terrain continuously to guarantee safe passage for guests and vehicle.
• Coordinate guest appointments, manage rosters, and ensure timely departure and return.
• Provide courteous assistance, answer guest queries, and support other departments as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and act promptly in any incident.
• Participate in scheduled training and adhere to company policies and conduct standards.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in desert conditions.
• Minimum two years of experience driving a 4x4 off‑road vehicle.
• UAE or international manual driver’s licence and an advanced 4x4 licence issued by the RTA.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
