About the role
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that builds human‑like voice, chat, and multimedia models. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses worldwide. We are looking for an experienced AI Safety professional to join our Dubai team. The Safety Engineer will help ensure that ElevenLabs’ AI models are developed, tested, and deployed responsibly, aligning with the company’s high‑velocity, AI‑first culture.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Proven experience in AI safety, risk assessment, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex AI systems.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
