Sales Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to lead a portfolio of client accounts in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact, understand customer needs, propose tailored IT and SaaS solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Gather client requirements and present appropriate product or service solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms in line with company policies.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly, semi‑annual and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Solution Architects, Marketing and Customer Support teams.
• Record all sales activity, customer interactions and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Provide market and client feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Support finance in payment collection and PMO in signing delivery certificates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT‑related sales (SaaS, telecommunications, IT solutions).
• Technical understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and independent work capabilities.
