Sales Account Manager – Property (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Bayut.com is looking for a Sales Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with real‑estate agency clients in Abu Dhabi. You will help agencies maximise the value of their advertising on Bayut and dubizzle by improving listing visibility, lead performance and overall ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agency clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Drive contract renewals, upsell and cross‑sell advertising products to meet revenue targets.
• Analyse listing and lead data, providing data‑driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of advertising solutions.
• Provide market insights, pricing strategies and competitor analysis.
• Develop tailored growth strategies based on each agency’s inventory and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to resolve issues and enhance client experience.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, presenting data, insights and action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 3‑4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real‑estate advertising.
• Based in Abu Dhabi.
• Intermediate knowledge of sales processes and strong understanding of the property market.
