Sales Advisor – Ferrari (Luxury Car Sales)

About the role

The Sales Advisor will represent the Ferrari brand in Al Tayer Motors' Dubai showroom, guiding high‑net‑worth customers through the purchase journey. You will be responsible for delivering a premium experience, from initial contact to vehicle hand‑over, while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve pre‑agreed monthly sales targets and budgets for Ferrari vehicles.
• Engage showroom visitors and scheduled prospects, assess their needs, and provide qualified advice on specifications, options, and financing.
• Maintain accurate visit and call reports, update the customer database, and track sales performance against targets.
• Coordinate pre‑delivery inspections, complete all documentation, and ensure proper registration and invoicing of each transaction.
• Inform customers about available accessories, warranties, and any changes to delivery schedules, ensuring a smooth hand‑over.
• Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotional events to maximise market penetration.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in automotive sales, preferably luxury or high‑performance vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Good knowledge of the automotive market and competitive landscape.
