Sales Advisor – Ford Showroom

About the role

The Sales Advisor will engage customers visiting the Al Tayer Motors Ford showroom or contacted via sales calls, guiding them through the vehicle selection process and contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out sales in line with agreed monthly targets and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports, highlighting key features and informing the Manager.
• Attend to showroom visitors, assess their needs and provide qualified advice on vehicle specifications, extras, accessories and warranties.
• Conduct sales calls and visits to prospect customers, maintain the customer database and develop prospect lists.
• Ensure accurate completion of vehicle transaction documentation, registration with traffic department, invoicing and coordinate pre‑delivery inspections.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–5 years solid experience in automotive sales within the GCC market.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience.
• Attention to detail, quality focus and a dynamic, proactive personality.
