Sales & Advisory Manager

About the role

The Sales & Advisory Manager will lead the development and delivery of escrow services, driving new initiatives and supporting existing client relationships. This role combines sales, advisory, and regulatory compliance within the Commercial Bank of Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and launch new escrow service initiatives, secure internal and external approvals, and ensure processes align with regulations and bank policies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory guidelines and ensure accurate allocation of deposits to investors or unit holders.
• Manage day‑to‑day escrow sales and advisory activities, identify opportunities, and collaborate with relationship teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Screen escrow/trust applicants, coordinate account opening, and meet agreed turnaround times.
• Prepare statutory reports, liaise with regulators, RERA, land departments, and coordinate with banks, engineers, and legal teams.
• Produce monthly and periodic MIS reports in regulator‑specified formats.
• Support the development and enhancement of escrow systems and product offerings.
• Develop business requirements, work with product, IT, audit, and risk teams to plan and implement projects.
• Ensure compliance with audit, internal, and external reporting obligations.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with escrow business knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Regular interaction with real‑estate regulators and the broader financial community.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
