Sales Agent – Emirati Talent (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Emirati talent, you will leverage your deep understanding of the local market and culture to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. You will work in a luxury resort environment, representing Accor’s commitment to heartfelt hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Emirati national.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritisation.
• Problem‑solving ability and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of the UAE market, culture, and business practices.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
