Sales Analyst III – EMEA Sales Analytics Partner

About the role

F5 is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative professional to join the Sales & Revenue Operations team as a Sales Analytics Partner III, supporting the EMEA META Sales Organization with actionable insights and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
• Analyze sales trends and regional performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Incorporate external market, regulatory, and economic factors into reporting and strategic analysis.
• Support territory design and optimization using customer, market, and performance data.
• Partner with sales leadership on quota planning, target setting, and revenue forecasting.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend data‑driven solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Provide analysis on EMEA‑specific regulations and frameworks, ensuring reporting aligns with compliance needs.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM, planning, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and deliver executive‑level insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations or Financial Analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, preferably in the technology sector.
• Exposure to EMEA markets and cross‑functional collaboration in a global environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales operations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights.
• Knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and data sovereignty.
