About the role
Al-Futtaim is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant for the Toys "R" Us store in Dubai Mall. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering a positive shopping experience while supporting the store’s sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales by engaging customers with product knowledge and enthusiastic service.
- Maintain store cleanliness, presentation standards and organized visual displays.
- Greet customers promptly, assist in fitting rooms and follow up on their needs.
- Operate the cash wrap efficiently, promote gift cards and capture customer information.
- Support operational duties assigned by store management, including inventory handling and visual merchandising.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a high‑traffic environment.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
