Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Koton brand, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, converting window shoppers into buyers while promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain attractive product displays and follow visual merchandising guidelines, especially for clearance items.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, process payments, issue receipts, and balance cash tills.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, replenish stock, and support stock management protocols.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and ensure store security at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is preferred.
• Professional appearance, flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating POS systems.
• Ability to manage inventory records and stock replenishment.
