About the role

Shan Convallaria is seeking a polished and motivated Sales Associate to join its luxury fashion boutique in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience while representing the brand with elegance and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Identify customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Assist with styling, sizing, garment selection, and fitting‑room service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of collections, fabrics, and garment details.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, including follow‑up communication.
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, boutique cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory organization, and daily store operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Polished appearance suitable for a high‑end retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and retail hours.
