Sales Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Apparel Group brand in the Ras al‑Khaimah store, driving sales through exceptional customer service and maintaining the store’s visual standards. This role involves engaging shoppers, promoting the loyalty program, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club AIVI Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process cash, card and voucher payments, issue receipts and refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements, monitor stock loss, and follow loss‑prevention and security procedures.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods, and support store maintenance tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to uphold the brand’s image at all times.
• Strong product knowledge of the group’s brands and ability to suggest items to customers.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime and extended hours during peak periods.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and inventory reporting.
