About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate who is fluent in Russian and English to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on driving business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle phone communications confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Client‑first mindset with the ability to manage portfolios.
- Ambition to thrive in a boutique, high‑performance environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
