Sales Associate (UAE National) – Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Apparel brand in Dubai, driving store sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. The role involves engaging customers, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow the GUEST selling methodology (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock layout according to standards.
• Record inventory movements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash till opening/closing, and process payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers, automatic debits).
• Maintain security vigilance, adhere to SOP and loss‑prevention policies, and protect sales data confidentiality.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as required.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to uphold the brand image at all times.
• Flexible to work extended hours, varied shifts and overtime during peak periods.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge with the ability to minimise stock loss.

Required skills

• POS system operation and cash handling.
• Cash and credit‑card transaction processing, including vouchers and automatic debits.
