Sales Automation Specialist

About the role

The Sales Automation Specialist will support the business by automating, calculating and visualising key operational processes such as agency incentive calculations, management dashboards and web content. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role gathers requirements, coordinates development and provides hands‑on support in AEM, Tableau and Salesforce reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements for agency incentive schemes and translate them into technical specifications for Databricks developers.
• Validate and test calculation logic, maintain documentation of rules and resolve any discrepancies.
• Design, build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that communicate performance, targets and incentive outcomes.
• Capture website change requests, create ad‑hoc AEM components and collaborate with AEM developers to implement enhancements.
• Serve as liaison between business units and technical workstreams (Databricks, AEM, Salesforce), prioritising concurrent requests and identifying automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience with Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Databricks data pipelines and calculation logic.
• Proven experience designing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
