Sales Business Development Executive – B2B (Dubai)

About the role

We are launching a premium scent and fragrance business in the UAE and need a dynamic B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to drive market expansion across hotels, corporate offices, government entities and retail spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B accounts in hotels, corporate, government and institutional sectors.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and site assessments for aroma diffusers and scenting systems.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
• Develop recurring revenue through fragrance refills, servicing and maintenance contracts.
• Build strategic partnerships with facility management companies, hospitality suppliers and channel partners.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of UAE B2B sales experience, preferably in aroma diffusers, scenting or fragrance solutions.
• Established network within hotels, hospitality groups, facility management firms, corporate or institutional clients.
• Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and closing deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly proactive, target‑oriented and comfortable with frequent field visits.
• UAE driving licence preferred; Arabic language skills are a plus.
